COMMUNITY SUPPORT REQUEST

Invest in the next generation of Bella Vista and Bentonville youth by sponsoring the NWA Wildcats MTB team comprised of student athletes from Old High Middle School, Ruth Barker Middle School, and Washington Junior High School. We provide an outdoor activity that helps get kids off the couch and away from screens, fosters socializing with peers, and betters our community.

With your financial support, you will not only support the growth of the sport and level of riding in the region but also raise awareness for your brand among the wider community. Plus, your contribution is tax-deductible and will go directly towards helping kids experience the thrill of mountain biking and progress in their skills.

Logo on Website:  Your organization’s logo and a link to your website will live in the sponsors section of our site until the 2026 season begins.

Logo on Team Newsletters:  Your organization’s logo and a link to your website will appear on our weekly team newsletter for the 2025 season.

Social Media Recognition:  At least twice during the season, we’ll give your business a shoutout in our Instagram feed to remind our followers to support you.

Logo on Team Race Day Banner:  Your logo will be prominently displayed on our team’s banner in the race day pit zone at all race series events, as well as at our team’s end of season celebration.

Logo on Team Practice Jersey:  The back of our team’s 2025 practice jersey will showcase your organization’s logo, providing a lasting branding opportunity. These shirts will be worn with price by our students and their parents for many years to come. While we would love to include your organization’s logo on the race jersey, it’s disallowed by state organizers.

Dedicated Race Day Banner:  You will have the chance to have your very own banner decorated with only your organization’s logo in the race day pit zone at all race series events, as well as at our team’s end of season celebration.

Logo on Team Trailer Wrap:  The back door our of team’s equipment trailer will be entirely covered by your logo in large format. Your brand will be highly visible as we are en route to races and team events, as well as when we’re parked between events.

Logo on Socks:  Your organization’s logo will be prominently displayed on the calves of socks worn by the team at practices, races, and everywhere else throughout the season and for years to come. This is limited to the first organization committed as a Pro Line supporter.

First Aid Supplies:  Help support our student athlete’s well-being with first aid kits for coaches. These kits are equipped to handle trail injuries and are regularly replenished. Invest in safety so all riders are well cared for when trail incidents happen.

Team Apparel:  Elevate team spirit with your sponsorship! Your contributions help provide team practice jerseys and socks for our proud student athletes. Be a part of their unforgettable season.

Nutrition:  Fuel kids for the trail with healthy snacks, race day lunches, and hydration mix. Nourish their success and empower their adventures.

Team Celebration:  Let’s make the team’s festivities unforgettable! Your support helps cover the cost of our preseason activities and end-of-year celebration. These events bring us together to build camaraderie and spirt, and include great food, awards, and prizes. We believe that every child should have equal opportunities to pursue their passions, regardless of their economic background. If we raise sufficient funding to cover the essentials above, we strive to offer student athlete scholarships and loaner bikes – to break down barriers and make mountain biking accessible to all.
