Hours can be earned year-round to report for race season...
The Arkansas NICA League is committed to building strong bodies, minds, and character in student-athletes by leading through service for individuals and teams.
Riders can earn bonus points to improve their year-end individual and TEAM score by doing one of TWO things:
Accrue hours individual or as a team when performing trail maintenance or bike-related volunteerism. A maximum of 25% of the earned hours can consist of helping local bike-related organizations (FAST, Bike Fest, Women of Oz, Trailblazers, etc.).
A Rider can pursue the Teen Trail Corps (TTC) Captain award for an additional 2 bonus points for each of the Speak, Respect, and Ride patches earned.
The Arkansas Appendix in the NICA 2025 Handbook has additional details.
Additonal Information on Teen Trail Corps and stewardship opportunities can be found on the Arkansas NICA website, HERE!
