I provide individual psychotherapy and psychological services grounded in evidence-based practice. Services are tailored to each client’s needs and may address concerns related to anxiety, mood, stress, trauma, grief and loss, and life transitions.
I primarily work with adolescent and young adult populations, including college students and student-athletes seeking support for mental health and emotional well-being. Services focus on mental health care and do not include performance enhancement or mental skills coaching.
My approach to care is collaborative, client-centered, and informed by evidence-based psychological practices. Treatment is individualized and may evolve over time based on each client’s goals and needs.
No. Currently, all sessions are held via telehealth. In-person sessions are not offered at this time. Clients must be physically located in New York State or Delaware State at the time of each session.
I do not accept insurance at this time. Services are provided on a self-pay basis. Documentation may be provided upon request for out-of-network reimbursement, if applicable.
Under the No Surprises Act (effective January 1, 2022), clients paying out-of-pocket have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining the expected costs for medical and mental health care. You may request a Good Faith Estimate from your health care provider before scheduling or at any time during treatment.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
