Dr. Rebecca Bertuccio is a licensed psychologist in both New York (025646) and Delaware (B1-0011289). With educational roots in school psychology, she is also a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP). She received her Ph.D. in School Psychology from Penn State in 2020; earned an M.Ed. in School Psychology from Penn State in 2017; and graduated from Manhattan College with a B.A. in three majors including Psychology, Spanish, and English in 2015. In 2025, Dr. Bertuccio completed her M.B.A. in Health Services Management at Hofstra University.
Dr. Bertuccio utilizes an integrative, evidence-based approach to psychological care, tailored to each client’s needs and goals. Her work is informed by cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, and mindfulness-based principles, with an emphasis on collaboration and emotional awareness.
Dr. Bertuccio has completed foundational eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) training and incorporates this approach where clinically appropriate. She has experience supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, grief and loss, and adjustment-related concerns.
Dr. Bertuccio also has experience providing psychological services to collegiate student-athletes, with a focus on mental health, emotional well-being, and navigating the unique stressors associated with sport participation.
