REGISTRATION DEADLINE & PAYMENT

Registration closes strictly on February 28, 2026. You will not be charged immediately upon clicking "Submit". After submission, you will receive the Payment Links (PayPal) and Bank Transfer details by email.

INVOICE / RECEIPT

The official Invoice/Receipt (compliant with your billing details) will be generated and sent to your email address within a few days after the payment is verified.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations received by March 31, 2026: Eligible for a 50% refund

Cancellations received after March 31, 2026: No refund will be issued

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to the Organizing Committee
