Abstract submission

Deadline for abstract submission: 21 December 2025. Submissions should be made using the form provided below.

Registration will be opened on a dedicated website portal upon completion of the abstract selection process by the WISE Committee. Should the number of applicants exceed the maximum capacity of 100 participants, registration will be restricted to contributors whose abstracts receive the highest evaluations. The Conference is planned to include approximately 60 oral presentations and 40 poster contributions
