Coffee breaks and lunches are included in the registration cost

The Sunday ice-breaker will be hosted at CNR-ISMAR on 10 May, from 18:30 to 20, with food and drinks

There will be an afternoon session in San Giorgio Island on 12 May 2026, including a social dinner

The social dinner will take place in the San Giorgio quarter of the Venice Yacht Club Compagnia della Vela (https://www.compagniadellavela.org/en/the-club/), renowned for hosting the “Il Moro di Venezia” Challenge, winner of the 1992 Louis Vuitton Cup.

On 13 May, starting at 19:30, all participants are warmly invited to the Chiesa dei Miracoli for a concert.

There will be a hybrid option to watch presentations via Teams. There will be no remote presentations.

Posters should be printed in A0 format (portrait only)
