Rehearsal Schedule

Show Weekend

Tech & Dress Rehearsals are held at the Northmont Community Auditorium. The Performer Entrance is to the right of the main auditorium entrance. There is not a door number but there will be a sign on the door. Please use this entrance when dropping off students for rehearsal and show. This area may also be accessed from inside the school when picking up afterwards.

Show Week Schedule:

• Classes will be held as normal the week of 12/7-12/12

• Friday, 12/12 – Tech Rehearsal, Arrive at 5:00 pm

  • No costumes, just dance attire

  • Performer Call Time = 5:00 pm (Arrive at venue for check in)

  • Tech Rehearsal = 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm (may finish early)

• Saturday, 12/13 – Dress Rehearsal & Show, Arrive at 10:00 am

  • We will provide a light lunch (Lunchables/cookies) for students after dress rehearsal in the Green Room. If your student has food allergies/issues, please send a light (non-messy) lunch for them. Water provided.

  • Come in first costume w/ stage make-up (view the show order here)

  • Performer Call Time = 10:00 am

  • Dress Rehearsal = 10:30 am - 12:00 pm

  • Doors Open for Audience = 12:30 pm

  • Performer Call Time (ready in costume after lunch) = 1:00 pm

  • Show Time = 1:30 pm
