For 15 years David was the owner and CEO of XTY Merchandising Corporation, a full-service promotional products, sales promotion, marketing and fulfillment business which handled large-scale corporate identity and promotional merchandising programs. This company was sold to industry leader, Branded Solutions.

Having quite literally grown up as an entrepreneur in the promotional product industry, David understands every challenge faced by companies in this field. Over his 30-plus-year career he has seen countless instances where promotional products and marketing companies missed key growth opportunities, or stumbled financially, due to cash flow and working capital issues.

Deybell Granados is a seasoned executive who, prior to joining Winners Sweepstakes, had a highly successful, 10 year career, at AT&T, where she witnessed revenue growth go from approximately $700 million to several billion.

As a pioneer in Direct Selling Analytics, Mrs Granados team have developed many of the state of the art analytics models in practice today. For the last 8 years, her expertise has been used to craft and manage successful worldwide marketing and promotional campaigns for top direct selling companies.

Before joining winners Sweepstakes, Michael was the President & Chief Operating Officer at Some Spider, Inc. (holding co.) — a profitable, digital-first media and entertainment start-up that he’s built from the ground up alongside the company’s founder. Michael also spent 10+ years at the New York Times, where he rose through the ranks – ultimately leading the company’s entire portfolio of digital properties, mobile apps, video content and new products.

He also launched and managed their highly successful digital subscription business. Before joining the NYT, Paul worked in management consulting at Mitchell Madison Group and KPMG Consulting, and as an attorney at the prestigious Shearman & Sterling law firm.
