Das Haus hat eine Mietfläche von total 101m2. Es ist sehr alt, gut gepflegt und nicht optimal isoliert. Die Räume sind alle möbliert und ausgestattet. Einige Räume laden für Gemeinsames ein. Mieter*innen können sich jedoch auch in ihre eigenen Zimmer zurückziehen. Die Idee: zusammen wohnen, Räume teilen, private Zimmer geniessen und die gemütliche Atmosphäre vom Haus wirken lassen. Das Haus verfügt nicht über eine Zentralheizung. Die Zimmer werden mit einem Pelletofen geheizt oder mit Strom. Im Esszimmer gibt es einen grossen Kachelofen.

The house has a total rental area of 101 m². It is very old, well-maintained, and not optimally insulated. All rooms are furnished. Some rooms invite shared activities, while tenants can also retreat to their private rooms. The idea: live together, share spaces, enjoy private rooms, and let the cozy atmosphere of the house take effect. The house does not have central heating. The rooms are heated with a pellet stove or electricity. In the dining room, there is a large tiled stove.
