Visit the Fundraiser Inquiries page to complete our form and provide your preferred date, time, store location, and contact details. Fundraisers can be scheduled on any day of the week with at least two weeks' notice.
Once approved, you will receive a promotional fundraising flyer with an online code within a week. We recommend sharing your event through social media, email, and other channels to maximize reach and impact.
Supporters can participate by entering a unique fundraiser code from your promotional materials when placing an order through the Wingstop App or Wingstop.com. For in-person orders, supporters can visit the store and show the fundraiser flyer at checkout.
Your organization will earn 20% of all gross sales from your fundraiser. Following the fundraiser, a check for the total earnings will be mailed to the address on file within two weeks. If your organization raises over $1,000 in gross sales, we will increase the donation to 25% of gross sales.
