SETTING UP A FUNDRAISER
Please visit our Fundraising Inquiries page to schedule a fundraiser at your preferred Wingstop location. Once you submit the inquiry form and include your organization’s W-9, our team will send a confirmation email within three business days. Please allow up to one week for our team to provide a custom promotional graphic to help you spread the word to your attendees. Set up your fundraiser here!
We host fundraisers every day. The fundraiser date must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance. To secure your fundraiser date, please complete the Fundraiser Inquiry Form and include your organization’s W-9. Once we receive your submission, our team will send a confirmation email within three business days.
We will donate 20% of gross sales. If your organization raises over $1,000 in gross sales, we will increase the donation to 25% of gross sales.
When ordering online, guests must place their orders at the participating location during the scheduled fundraiser date. When checking out through the Wingstop website or app, customers should enter the unique fundraiser code in the “Promo Code” box to ensure their purchase is counted toward your event. When ordering in person, guests must present the fundraiser flyer at checkout. The cashier will save all qualifying receipts to be counted at the end of the day.
In the event that a Participant forgets to enter the Fundraiser Code in the promo box for the online fundraiser, the Restaurant manager's decision shall be final as to whether to include the sale in the Event Gross Sales.
Unfortunately, you may not use any other reward or coupon. If you don't enter the fundraiser coupon code at checkout, your order will not be applied towards the fundraiser.
POST FUNDRAISER
If you would like to know how much your organization raised, please contact our Marketing Coordinator, Luis Ortiz. Please give us at least one week to gather the gross sales from the fundraiser and calculate the donation amount. The check will be processed and mailed to your organization within two weeks.
Once the fundraiser concludes, we will gather all gross sales associated with the fundraiser. Please allow a minimum of two weeks for us to calculate the donation, complete the required paperwork, and mail the check to your organization. If more than three weeks pass without receiving the check, please reach out to our Marketing Coordinator, Luis Ortiz.
