Cub Scouts is a year-round family program that provides
FUN WITH A PURPOSE.
Scouting is about bringing together the youth of the community and, through age-appropriate activities, helping them build their character and confidence, and eventually grow to be
active and successful citizens.
The Cub Scout Motto is to DO YOUR BEST,
which encourages children to put forth their best effort in all that they do.

All youth entering Kindergarten through 5th grade are eligible to join Cub Scouts. Each grade level represents a different "den" of Cub Scouting, each with their own adventures and achievements to earn throughout the year:
Lion (K)
Tiger (1st)
Wolf (2nd)
Bear (3rd)
Webelos 1 (4th)
Webelos 2 (5th)
Our Pack's Scouting year runs concurrent with the local school calendar years, meaning each rank is earned through weekly activities that run from September through June. In June, the Scouting year ends with an official recognition ceremony where final awards and badges are presented and each Scout officially "moves up" to their next rank. But don't worry, the pack still hosts fun activities throughout the summertime as well!
Cub Scouts participate in a variety of activities that include teambuilding projects, community service, at-home assignments, art projects, skill-building activities, local sporting events, picnics, camping, hikes, field trips, parades, fundraising activities, and more!
