im still having the same issue but my issue is i install the new icue softwear and it wont even run i have tried everthing i know yet to no avail it started with the windows update 22H2 so i removed the icue softwear then reinstalled it and still nothing

same here with mf2xx after updated windows 10 21h1 to 22h2 and installed an update for it (KB5022282), from what i heard mf toolbox is obsolete btw, you should consider to use so called mf scan utility

Have an empty USB flash drive ready. HP.com. Go to software and drivers. Press laptop. Enter serial number of your victus. Then 2 steps 1: windows 11 and 2 windows 11. Then open bios system firmware and download F. 14 Rev. A on the USB drive. Once download etc. Put the USB drive in your victus and turn on. Let it do its thing. It worked for me. e24fc04721
