Remembrance of Magic is an Interactive Story, sometimes referred to as Interactive Fiction (IF), a Gamebook, or a CYOA-style story. It is an e-book in which you decide how the story unfolds by choosing the hero’s actions. The story is divided into passages. You can scroll up and down to read through them. At the end of each passage, you will be presented with one or more options to choose from. When more than a single option is available, you will need to decide which one to choose by tapping one of them.

Take note: Your choices will affect the way the story unfolds—but don’t be afraid to experiment with your decisions—You are always invited to read the book again and discover different paths.

🛡️ What are achievements? How do I complete them?

Achievements are special goals that can be completed by performing certain tasks during the story. For example, The Weapon Collector achievement is completed by collecting all weapons that are available in the story. Your completion progress is indicated by the two numbers appearing below the achievement name. For example, (2/5) indicates that you've completed 2 of the required 5 achievement goals. Please note that some achievements are very simple to complete, while others are harder, and may require multiple re-reads of different parts of the story.

🔈 I can't hear any sounds.

This app has no sound by design. We believe that the best reading experience should not be interrupted by random music and sound effects, allowing you to enjoy it everywhere and at any time.
