To get Racewind, you must be in Range

who is broadcasting racewind.

The WindCompass itself does not broadcast Racewind.

Shall WindCompass get the boat to listen for racewind?
Then activate "Send Wind". WindCompass will send "racing" to the boat for you!
Leave this activated and you don't need to type "cruising"..."racing" anymore.

Click the Racebutton. The orange color indicates its listening for Racewind.
Depending what boat is selected, WindCompass listens for Racewind from BOSS or BWind windsetters.
Also the Timer will be activated, it listens for Raceline Startsignal.

Once Racewind is received, the Download-icon turns green and WindCompass confirms Windsystem, Racedirector and Racewind.
WindCompass KEEPS listening for Racewind changes.
If the Boat got Racewind as well, the Boat/Windinfotext turns green.
During the race don't click the Download-Icon, to avoid dropping racewind by accident.
