How big are the poster easels for the poster session?
The recommended poster dimensions are 30” x 40”. Other sizes are also fine (e.g., 36” x 48”, 44” x 44”, 33” x 47”, etc).
When can I set up my poster?
If possible, please arrive during registration (8:20am-8:40am) to set up your poster. If you arrive later, we will help you set up your poster during the break at 11:00am.
How do I connect to Wi-Fi?
There are two available networks: eduroam or LMU-Guest.

Where should I park?
Parking in all lots is free and open on Saturdays and Sundays. Preferred parking is under the Featherston Life Sciences building. See Parking and Directions for more details.
Event start and end times?
An overview of the day's events will be available on the Program page. A detailed schedule will be available once presenters are accepted. The event is expected to begin at 8:45 AM and finish at 6:00 PM, Pacific Time.
Where can I find dinner restaurants near LMU?
While the symposium offers complimentary lunch, you may want to explore dining venues near campus for dinner after the event. Many local favorites, including restaurants, cafes, and bars, are located off of Lincoln Boulevard, or near Playa Del Rey.
