A: ❌ No. We do not allow pickups, drop-offs, or walk-ins. All orders are processed online exclusively.

Q: How will I receive my order?
A: ✅ Non-serialized parts (uppers, upper receivers, accessories) ship directly to your door via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
✅ Serialized firearms (complete lowers, rifles, pistols) ship to your chosen FFL dealer for transfer.

Q: How long does it take to receive an order?
A: Shipping times vary by product availability and destination. Non-serialized items usually ship quickly; serialized firearms depend on FFL processing times.

Q: What calibers are your AR-15 uppers available in?
A: ✅ We specialize in .223/5.56 and .300 Blackout (BLK), focusing on versatile and popular calibers.

Q: Are your uppers compatible with all mil-spec lowers?
A: ✅ Yes, our uppers conform to mil-spec standards for reliable fit and function.

Q: Do you offer customization or special builds?
A: ❌ Currently, we focus on limited-run product lines and do not provide custom builds outside those. Contact us to inquire about upcoming options.

Q: What do you specialize in?
A: ✅ We’re best known for high-end AR-15 uppers, but also offer stripped lowers, complete lowers, and custom firearm builds with premium components.

A: ❌ No. We are a Type 07 FFL manufacturer only and do not handle transfers.

Q: Do you provide gunsmithing or repair services?
A: ❌ No. Our focus is manufacturing and assembling high-end firearms for sale; we do not offer general gunsmithing or repairs.

Q: Do you provide technical support or installation guidance?
A: ✅ Basic email support is available for product questions, but we do not provide installation or gunsmithing services.
