Welcome!
My name is Wilson Lin and I am an Assistant Professor in Information Systems & Analytics at the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business.
My research focuses on improving human interactions with humans, algorithms, and technologies to enable better outcomes. I use empirical methods to study such human-centric questions in healthcare management and nonprofit management.
I earned my PhD in Business Administration (Data Sciences and Operations) at the USC Marshall School of Business. Prior to my PhD, I earned a M.S. in Operations Research Engineering and B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Southern California.
