I am the CS Wind Associate Professor in the Division of Operations Management at SNU Business School. My research focuses on data-driven and evidence-based decision making in healthcare systems.
I currently serve as an associate editor for Management Science, Operations Research, Manufacturing & Services Operations Management, Service Science, and Health Care Management Science, and as a senior editor for Production and Operations Management.
