Policies and Terms

Willowick & Vine operates on a Delivery-Only model. To ensure the highest quality and freshness, we do not offer a separate pickup location.

Delivery Hours:

• Weekdays (Monday–Friday): All deliveries are personally handled and are scheduled between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM EST. We cannot accommodate delivery requests before 4:00 PM on weekdays.

• Weekends (Saturday–Sunday): Deliveries are scheduled between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST.

Order Fulfillment:

• We require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice for all standard board orders.

• Your specific delivery time will be confirmed at checkout via our online store. Please ensure someone is available to receive your perishable order during the selected window.

Due to the highly perishable nature and custom preparation required for all of our boards, Willowick & Vine maintains a strict cancellation policy.

1. Cancellations:

• Orders canceled 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund, minus a $10 administrative fee.

• Orders canceled within 24–48 hours of the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Orders canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date are not eligible for a refund.

2. Refunds & Product Issues:

• We take immense pride in the quality and freshness of our products. If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact us at [Your Email Address] within 3 hours of receiving your board.

• No refunds or exchanges will be granted for orders that were uncollected, refused at the door, or if the customer is unavailable during the confirmed delivery window.

3. Board Material Ownership

All boards, including the Bamboo Board and Acacia Board options, are sold as part of the product package and are kept by the customer. These high-quality boards are yours to enjoy and reuse.
