1. Browse the Menu: Start on our Products & Services page to select your board (Size, Type, and options)

2. Submit the Form: Click the "Ready to Order?" button to fill out the form with your details and delivery information.

3. Confirm payment: We will review your request and send a confirmation and invoice within 24-48 hours. Your order is secured once payment is received.

• Standard boards: Please allow 48-72 hours notice for all standard signature  or seasonal boards.
  
  

• Engraved boards: Please allow up to 7 days for all custom engraved Acacia boards, as this requires coordination with our engraving partner.

• Urgent Orders: If you need a board sooner than 48 hours, please Contact us directly before submitting the form. We do our best to accommodate rush requests for an added fee, based on availability.

We offer delivery within 15 miles of Willowick is free.

Locations beyond 15 miles: $1 per additional mile.

Pickup is not currently available.

We recommend enjoying your board within 4 hours of the scheduled delivery time. All boards are created to be consumed fresh. If you are not serving the board immediately, keep it covered and refrigerate it immediately. Charcuterie is best served at room temperature, so we recommend taking it out of the fridge about 30 minutes before serving. 

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please refer to our Policies and Terms page for detailed cancellation windows and refund rules.

• Changes: We kindly ask that you finalize all changes to your order at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery time, as ingredients will be sourced shortly before that.

Yes, we do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies! We offer vegetarian options like The Grove and can often modify ingredients (e.g., substitute gluten-free crackers).

Please specify all allergies (especially nut, dairy, and gluten) and restrictions in the "Dietary Needs" section of the order form. Note: While we take every precaution, Willowick & Vine is not an allergen-free kitchen. We cannot guarantee against cross-contamination.
