Sahib Bedi

My name is Sahib, and I'm from Nashville, TN. I joined this program to help increase my awareness within the law field, and that includes avenues to combat the climate crisis. One fun fact about myself is that I've broken my arm twice in two years.

Arshia Papari 

My name is Arshia Papari, and I'm from Austin, Texas. I joined the Just The Beginning ConnectEd program, because I am passionate about law and our societies interactions with law and policy, which is also why I am passionate about climate action and issues surrounding the Willow Project. I endeavor to develop my legal and political knowledge to help my communities thrive, and aspire to become an international lawyer working on human rights and civil rights issues. In my free time I enjoy reading historical literature and learning about world history and cultures. 

Victoria Yang

My name is Victoria Yang and I'm from Los Angeles, CA. Since a young age, I was inspired to pursue a career in law, which led me to JTB. I joined this program thinking it would be seminars and assignments but was pleasantly surprised with this research project. I understand this generation’s outcry toward climate change, which is why I chose to research the Willow Project. One fun fact about me is that I enjoy cooking and baking, even though I make a mess in the kitchen! 

Leo Zhang

My name is Leo Zhang, and I am from Fayetteville, Arkansas. I joined the JTB program to learn more about law after being in Mock Trial with friends. I have been fascinated by the law ever since and want to pursue an education in the field. One fun fact about me is I also play the violin.

Maanya Sharma

My name is Maanya Sharma, and I am a rising junior at Arcadia High School in Los Angeles, CA. I joined the JTB to explore more of my aspiring dream to become a lawyer and also to make friends! One fun fact about me is that I am a retired gymnast after winning gold in a national championship.

Saurav Bellam

Hi, my name is Saurav Bellam, and I live in Frisco, Texas. I joined JTB, after lobbying for Congress and my state conference in Youth and Government. I joined to connect with others who are interested in the law like me and learn more about the path to getting a law degree. I have always been interested in environmental science and I was very excited to combine my two passions. One interesting fact about me is I like programming and building computers.

Pranay Indurti

My name is Pranay Indurti, and I am a native of Austin, Texas. I love reading biographies and running. I joined JTB because I wanted to learn more about the law school admission process and what to expect in the legal field. I am passionate about law as it combines knowledge and human nature to solve complex problems. I wish to become a patient lawyer in the future and hopefully receive a federal appointment as an appeals judge.
