Williston Town Band
Williston, Vermont
The Williston Town Band is a group of local musicians with a wide range of music experience who volunteer to perform summer concerts at the town bandstand. The band was established in 1958 by Howard Carpenter and Herb Painter in response to the need for a marching band for the town's 4th of July parade. Since then, hundreds of musicians have participated in this organization.
New players, high school and older, are always encouraged to join the band! For additional information please contact Kathy Schaw, president, at: willistontownband@gmail.com
