How long have you played with WTB, and how did you come to join us?
I think it's 21 years now (2002). Dean Williams found an email from me about joining the band that dates back that far. I came to join because I love playing music and I was invited to give it a shot by Barb Russ who I think was President of the band at that time. Terry was still directing.

Which instruments do you play? I play tuba.

Do you play in any other local bands? One other--Hinesburg Community Band

Are you originally from Vermont?
Nope. I'm from central New York, a little town named Hamilton. Colgate University is located there.
I was born in NYC. My family moved to Hamilton when I was four years old.

What kinds of things do you like to do when you aren't playing music?
Read. Take pictures and play around editing my collection. And various social missions of the First Universalist Unitarian Society in Burlington.

What else should we know about you?
I'm older than I look, Ann and I have eight grandchildren, and I tap my foot obsessively when playing.
