Want to get involved with our work? Here are some ideas:

The women faculty of Goizueta Business School. Whole lotta talent in this room.

Are you part of an organization?

Our lab seeks corporate and nonprofit partners who are interested in questions of leadership and/or diversity. We are always open to new opportunities to confidentially collect data within organizations; we can offer key organizational insights and answers in exchange. Please contact us to start the conversation.

Are you applying to doctoral programs?

Each year, the Organization & Management area admits a small number of PhD students who are interested in careers in research; we invite you to consider our program. Applicants are encouraged to specify whether they are primarily interested in the micro track (including Profs. Bianchi, Dittmann, Fernandes, Hall, Perry-Smith, & Williams) or the macro track (including Profs. Kocak, Longhofer, Negro, & Swaminathan) within O&M, and with whom they want to work specifically. Questions about the application process more generally should be directed to program director Allison Gilmore.

Do you want to work on research?

Our lab occasionally has openings for current or former undergraduate students who are thinking about PhD programs in organizational behavior or social psychology, and who want to get involved in research. If you're interested, email us a copy of your resume (include your GPA) and a note about why our lab is a good fit for you. We'll reach out if there is an opening.

Do you want to contribute to research?

If you want to make a contribution to science by participating in behavioral research studies, we welcome you!
