Thank you for your interest in submitting music for 60 Minutes of Mayhem on KMWV! Please review the guidelines below before submitting your music.

Submission Requirements:

• Original Music Only – No AI-generated audio will be accepted.

• Accepted Formats: Upload a single supported file (Max 100 MB) or provide a link to your song.

• All Required Fields (marked with *) must be completed for your submission to be considered.

• Permission for Future Airplay: If you agree, we can play future music you submit without requiring a new form.

Media Release Agreement:

By submitting your music, you authorize Capital Community Media (CC Media) to use your likeness, performance, and submitted content for non-commercial, community media on cable, the internet, radio, and low-cost sales to participants and supporters. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Audio-Visual Display (education, entertainment, contest entry, broadcast clips, internet streaming, promotional purposes).

• Public Community Archive: Your content may be stored in CC Media’s public archive in perpetuity.

• No Remuneration: You acknowledge that there will be no financial compensation for appearances or airplay.
