Program

COVID rules

Please notice that, in order to participate in the conference in presence, as well as to participate in the planned social events, it is mandatory to exhibit the EU Digital COVID Certificate (a.k.a. "green pass" in Italy).

Foreign participants can find all necessary information at http://www.italia.it/en/useful-info/covid-19-updates-information-for-tourists.html (we are in Campania)

Starting from Dec. 6th, entrance to social events is subject to the exhibition of the COVID-19 vaccination or recovery certification.

The Italian Minister of Health has signed a new ordinance that provides for the obligation of negative test on departure for all arrivals from EU countries. For those not vaccinated, in addition to the negative test, a 5-day quarantine will be required. The ordinance is valid from December 16 until January 31.

Social Dinner

Social dinner is planned on Tuesday 21, at 21:00. Tickets can be bought when paying the registration fee or on-site. Additional tickets can be bought on-site for accompanying people. Notice, however, that you will be contacted some days before the conference in order to confirm your presence at the social dinner and the number of seats.

Social event

We are planning a social event on Monday afternoon. Stay tuned...

Presentations

Presentations

  • The entire conference will take place in hybrid mode, so that online and in-presence participants have the opportunity of following the same presentations;

  • We will use Microsoft Teams for the online connection. A link will be provided to all registered participants in order to connect. It is not necessary to have the MS Teams app installed on the PC, a web browser is enough (MS Edge or Safari or Chrome/Chromium; unfortunately Firefox does not work).

  • For technical reasons related to the online connection, it is not possible to use your own computer for the presentation. The presentations will be uploaded on the conference PC (Windows); so, be sure to use a classical format for the presentation (PDF or PPTX: other formats need to be tested)

  • The expected duration of each talk is of 15 mins (+ 5 mins for Q&A) for regular papers, and 10 mins (+ 5 mins for Q&A) for ideas and highlights.
