The Wiley Athletic Booster Club mission is to nurture an environment that inspires student athletes, coaches, parents and the community to create a positive and spirited atmosphere for all Wiley Middle School athletic programs.

We are volunteers who wish to serve and lead by example. We provide support through fundraising, promoting a winning school spirit, championing strong moral character and good sportsmanship, and encouraging good study habits and attendance.

GAME DAY MEALS

Dear Parents:

The Wiley Athletic Booster Club is happy to provide the service of delivering pre-game meals to your athlete this year. Ordering is fast and ensures your athlete is fed before the game. Please reach out to Tammie Hullum at wmsathleticboostertreasurer@gmail.com with any questions.

Overview:

- Download the FanFood App on your phone or access the FanFood website from your desktop

- Order and pay for your athlete's meal. We are offering Single Game and Season Packages.

Season purchase option will only be available through game 5.

- We place the order to the restaurant

- On the specific Game Day for your order, we pick up and deliver the meals to Wiley at the time chosen by the Coach

- Coaches and volunteers will hand out the meals to students who ordered

FAQ:

When can I order?

Orders close at 5:00pm the day before the game. You can order anytime before that.

What if my athlete doesn’t like the choices?

You are always welcome to bring food up to school before the game, per Coach’s instructions. Participation in the Pre-Game meal service is completely optional!

What if I miss the order day/time cutoff?

Given deadlines provided by the restaurants, we are not able to extend the order days/times.

What if I want to help by volunteering?

Steps for success with the ordering app:

1. Download the “FanFood App” off your phone’s app store. Alternatively, you can go to FAN FOOD GAME DAY MEALS. Click “ASAP” at the top of the page, then proceed to step 4.

2. Search for “Wiley Middle School”

3. Click on “ORDER AHEAD” in the top right corner

4. Select Date and Team (Ex: 9/20/22, 8th grade). Time is set. Click SUBMIT.

5.Click on “FOOTBALL PLAYER GAME DAY MEALS”

6. Select the Combo you want to order by clicking “+” to increase the quantity. To purchase Season Package just select the most recent game option.

Then click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”. (Click on any one to read what it contains. If you click on an item to read the description, you can simply click “ADD TO BAG”, then “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”)

If you haven’t created an account, you’ll be prompted to enter your cell number to verify your

order. Once you enter your number, you’ll get a code texted back to you. Enter that code and

proceed with your order. You will not get future texts about the order.

7. Scroll down and double-check your order. Under “ADD NOTE” — PLEASE LIST YOUR

PLAYER’S FIRST AND LAST NAME and click SAVE.

8. Click “PROCEED TO PAYMENT.”

9. Relax, knowing your athlete will be fed before the game!! Come enjoy watching your athlete

play!!!!
