2022 March 26:

The Board reviewed six proposals for Lawn Care & Snow Removal Services. Steve Shiffleft had the winning bid on mowing and Adam Snow for snow removal. Neither board member participated in the review and awarding of their respective bids. The bids were received by an independent person, who then presented them to the board. As homeowners in the community, they have an interest in doing their best work! Also, their overall costs are lower, as they do not have to truck their equipment in.
