Wildwood Valley is governed by a POA (Properety Owners' Association), a non-profit organizat\ion of home and property owners that oversees the enforcement of private covenants - deed restrictions that apply to a group of homes or lots. The POA is responsible for maintaining private streets and common areas, and is governed by a three-member Board of Directors elected annually.
Copies of the Association Bylaws, and an Addendum regarding restrictions, easements, covenants and reservations, were provided at the time of purchase.

Snow Plowing 3” or more accumulation Snowplowing of all WWV roadways, including both asphalt surface and gravel roadways. Road Repair and Construction.
Paving and repairing roads is a high priority for the POA, with our goal being to provide paved roads for everyone. The funds for paving come from the annual dues and special assessments paid by property owners. A cost benefit analysis, with public safety being the priority for any repair/maintenance work, is first conducted. Factors considered include the length of the road, number of properties impacted, amount and expense of foundational work required (grading, conduits for drainage, etc) and the amount of traffic handled by the road.
Association Dues and Assessments
The Association's Architectural Review process must approve all new construction projects in writing. This includes fences, additions, garages, multiple dwellings or outbuildings.
Association dues and assessments must be paid within 30 days notice or a payment arranged with the association accountant. Failure to do so will result in your account being turned over to the association lawyer for collection. You will be responsible for all fees. Payment may be made by mail:
