Located in the foothills of the magnificent Shenandoah National Park and just 75 miles from our nation's capital, the Wildwood Valley community is home to more than 130 individuals and families. Wildwood is situated in the heart of Virginia along the byways of the Journey Through Hallowed Ground National Heritage Area - a 180-mile long, 75-mile wide region stretching from Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, to Thomas Jefferson's Monticello in Charlottesville, Virginia. The area is truly rich in history!
Wildwood Valley is governed by a POA (Properety Owners' Association), a non-profit organization of home and property owners that oversees the enforcement of private covenants - deed restrictions that apply to a group of homes or lots. The POA is responsible for maintaining private streets and common areas and is governed by a three-member Board of Directors elected annually.
The Wildwood Valley POA is funded through an annual assessment fee to each member. In 2021, the assessment fee was $322.
Capital Improvement Project Special Assessment - $150.
$1000 Builder fee, payable before construction.
