Direct private sales are ones where I'll take offers on my horses on a first come first served basis providing that the player is either in a club or are players that I trust really well (players in my Friends List).
Any players in the clubs that I'm in and are on my friends list may place a bid (bids must be either the starting price if there are no other bids or at least $15,000 above the previous bid). All auctions will last 1 week after being posted. If there aren't any bids by the end of the 1 week on any horse, the horse will then be posted as a direct sale.
