As teachers and lifelong students ourselves, we commit to living an embodied practice that cultivates a mindful response to our own anxieties, traumas, and life stressors. We anchor ourselves in the middle path between structure and flexibility, to bring Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) into diverse and inclusive communal healing spaces. Our teaching is infused with our experiences—shaped by various identities as members of Indigenous, Black, Asian, Latinx, and immigrant communities.
This cohort is professionally trained by the UCSD Center for Mindfulness Mindfulness-Based Professional Training Institute. We are based around North America, offering MBSR and other mindfulness classes. Sign up below to receive updates.
We look forward to meeting you on your own journey. May the Wildflower Mindfulness Collective shine a beacon of light into all the spaces where you find “home” as you arrive into your own wisdom.

After training together online for more than a year, we finally had the opportunity to gather in person in the summer of 2022 at the Holy Wisdom Monastery in Wisconsin. Being able to practice in the same space, catching up, laughing, hugging each other—we are reminded how powerful our collective practice is.
