2024 Bots

Liberator is an undercutter bot built by Ben Nguyen, Wolfgang Roettiger, Mark Rutschow, and Jarrod Smith. This design is completely original and built within our club! Liberator competed at NHRL in May 2025, and is the highest performing bot in the club, winning 3rd at EVAC Cactus Clash 2024 and 5th at Sonoran Showdown 2024.

U.F.O. is a bot that utilizes a vertical drum spinner and wedge. It is built by Tyler Bunnow, Jordan Casto, Tom Weston, and Mason Njos. This bot competed at multiple tournaments in 2024 and 2025. 

High 5 was the largest vertical spinner in the club in 2024, and completely designed and manufactured by Seth Fisch. 

Turtle Bot was a spring-loaded punch robot. It ran on tracks, and hides in a TPU shell designed to always roll back onto its base. 

Slam Shell had a metal wedge on both the front and rear, designed specifically to counter horizontal spinners. 

Vaquero was designed to be a simple yet deadly horizontal spinner. 

The Brick was designed to be an indestructible brick with a Fingertech beater bar. 

Red Hot Chili Bot was a wide frame with plenty of empty space as "air armor", making use of a Fingertech beater bar.
