Healing, to me, is an act of wild love — a tender rebellion against the parts of us that we've learned to hide, numb, or shrink.
I created Wild Love Therapy as a space for softness and strength to coexist. My work is rooted in the belief that we grow best when we feel safe, seen, and accepted exactly as we are.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Kentucky, offering virtual sessions for adults seeking a deeper connection with themselves and others.
My approach blends trauma-informed therapy, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and self-compassion practices. I’m especially drawn to helping people release perfectionism, heal from relational wounds, and cultivate boundaries that protect what’s sacred.
I'm formally trained In the following: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Insomnia.
Therapy with me is…
– Gentle but honest
– Grounded yet soulful
– A collaborative journey rather than a quick fix
I bring authenticity, humor, and compassion into the room — because healing doesn’t have to be just clinical; it can be deeply human.
Outside of my practice, you’ll often find me recharging in nature, exploring creative projects, or tending to my plants and coffee ritual. Those slow moments remind me that growth takes time — and that we are always becoming.
