"The term 'inclusive' is in vogue. Its various declinations seem limitless. There has been talk of a 'inclusive' government intention from the Taliban, the term is used for inclusive writing, and it is even employed in discussions about pop punk. Thus, the broad scope of its usage becomes apparent. When focusing on the field of social issues, it is in this domain that the term 'inclusive' is most commonly used. It is certainly found in the realm of disability, where it originated, but it has expanded to cover all social issues, particularly in recent years, driven by the European Commission's initiative. It has become a significant aspect, coupled with diversity, in the HR policies of companies. The widespread use of the term, while indicating its relevance for communication needs, raises questions. Its definition is, in fact, rarely exposed, leading to a fundamental inquiry into its usage: Is inclusion simply a way of saying that one is against exclusion? Could inclusion then be a means of concealing a lack of vision on how to build a society? It is essential to understand what this new way of building society is, particularly suited to shaping the world after." (Suc Mella, 2023, p. 5)
