When to use Koubu (higher MDEF and mobility): AOE bomb, can achieve the best AOE attacks ( Can use 8% atk accessory)

When to use Top star (higher HP and DEF): When you have APEX boot /divine- and you want to use her as a semi-tank.

Phoenix Dance + Strike/Butterfly Dance (No Iris u bring strike, when you have Iris bring butterfly Dance), Adversity.

Troop selection

Sky archer (a most common choice for Top Star Sumire with mobility +1 boot). Phalanx, Guardian Cavalry, Heavensguard depends on what your enemy uses and depends on what troop you have already invested.

How to use her?

Angelica + Sumire+ Iris = GG. Just check this video in CN S2 period: https://youtu.be/MjFYFpd6yRc .If your enemy is well prepared, he will not let you have this combo. But Agnelica + Sumire alone is good enough, and Sumire + Iris works well too.
Couple with the Empire faction team to do slow-push. Ideally, you would have Bern, Leonhardt/Sakura, and varna in your team. Sumire is the character to initiate the battle with Phoenix Dance (if clock triggered could be gg).
She is not really good in PVE. Maybe usable in certain challenges (where you can initiate the battle with her and let her revive), but not very good in auto battles.
