Carbonik-Abz

Carbonik-Abz is a modified version of the Carbonik theme.  Abz added a frame for the mini banner, added a few new images, and included his own coverflow layouts for coverflow, emuflow, and brewflow (12 each). His download includes source menu icons, custom missing covers, and two optional inits - one with the main screen settings icon removed and the other with full homebrew covers layouts for brewflow.
