CRD is an established UNDP (Crisis Bureau) product of which I led the development of embedded features tailored to fit M&E needs for two UNDP portfolios, Peacebuilding and Stabilization. The system development, endorsed by donors and UNDP partners, assists in partnership management, donor relations, and communication. It includes screenshots of work done on CRD localization and indicators' gap analysis.
My Role: Creator and Product Designer
In close collaboration with key stakeholders, I identified a critical need, proposed, and co-led the development of embedded features. This collaborative effort spanned the full lifecycle, from needs assessment and feature design, through rigorous testing, to final delivery. Throughout, I actively managed stakeholder and donor relationships, and ensured clear communication across all teams. These features, developed in direct response to UNDP portfolio requests, were prepared for seamless adoption. However, the conflict in Sudan has tragically disrupted our capacity to support deployment, further testing, and pilot implementation.

This community-based health surveillance system, co-designed with UNDP Health Portfolio and Sudan’s Federal Ministry of Health, is tailored for urban health monitoring, epidemic detection, and crisis response, addressing data lags in health and humanitarian programming and offering customizable solutions for community health needs. The system underwent a 3-month pilot before being disrupted by the ongoing war in Sudan.
My Role: Creator and Product Designer
In collaboration with local health partners in Sudan, I identified critical entry points and spearheaded the development of the community-based digital health surveillance system. As a senior product manager and designer, this collaborative effort included significant contributions to product design and process development, alongside effective partnership management. I subsequently led all aspects of the digital product lifecycle, from team recruitment and building, through delivery and fund management, to rigorous testing.

I led the conduction of this nation wide Public Perception Survey as part of UNDP Sudan's support to the Prime Minster's Office and Central Bureau of Statistics in gathering insights, informing decision-making, and shaping policies based on public sentiment and expectations. This is the print rough-cut version of the report; please be aware that an interactive version has also been developed.
My Role: Creator & Project Manager
I identified the entry point and the need for the detection of public pulse by different stakeholders. I formulated the project design and led the operations and partnerships, ensuring a comprehensive approach to achieve set expectations and objectives.

The Digital Avatar, a customizable real-time monitoring dashboard, has been developed to showcase the country's key performance indicators by integrating data from various sources. This innovative project, spearheaded by UNDP Sudan in collaboration with UNRCO and Sudan's Central Bureau of Statistics, is tailored to meet the specific needs of the country. Screenshots from the dashboard are included, and the Digital Avatar is currently undergoing localization in Egypt. The system underwent a 6-week experiment before being disrupted by the ongoing war in Sudan.
My Role: Creator & Project Manager
Recognizing the critical need for timely monitoring and public sentiment detection, I initiated and led the development of this digital product. As a senior product manager and designer, I defined the project's methodology and oversaw the full lifecycle, from team recruitment and budget management to survey design and quality control. Throughout, I built and maintained strong relationships with diverse partners, including government entities, donors, UN agencies, NGOs, and data providers, ensuring a cohesive and successful product delivery.

I designed this Excel-based structured database as an initiative to monitor the evolving humanitarian situation in Sudan. Developed as an initial prototype, it serves as a foundation for systematic data collection, trend analysis, and contextual tracking over time.
