Profile

Education has always been more than a profession for me, it is a lifelong commitment to creating opportunities for every learner to thrive.

I hold a Master's degree in Comparative and International Perspectives in Education from the University of Birmingham, supported by the prestigious BIB–LPDP Scholarship 2023. My research examined how Continuing Professional Development (CPD) can strengthen inclusive education through a comparative analysis of education policies and practices in Indonesia and England.

I currently serve as School Principal at Sekolah Murid Merdeka (SMM) Bintaro Sekbil 2, where I lead academic quality, teacher development, curriculum implementation, and school improvement initiatives. Alongside this role, I work as a Research Assistant at the University of Indonesia, contributing to research on education, public policy, and sustainable development.

Before moving into school leadership, I taught Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level Physics at an international school in Indonesia. My teaching journey has also taken me beyond traditional classrooms, working with communities in rural Indonesia, volunteering in Thailand, mentoring future teachers, and collaborating on international education initiatives. These experiences have strengthened my belief that meaningful educational change begins with empowered teachers and inclusive learning environments.
