In Mythic, we will be utilizing the Loot Council system.
The Loot Council will be comprised of 3 raiders. This will be rotational and not a permanent assignment.
(Long Term rotational - tentatively 1 person swapped out at the end of each quarter)Loot will be distributed based on:
Simmed DPS/HPS gain (per the below Droptimizer Sim section)
Expected performance to meet sim value
Future progression expectations (ex: upcoming healer intensive fight, tank buster, DPS check)
Will this item be quickly replaced or will it be a long term use
Is the raider doing activities for gearing outside of raid
What choice(s) make the team stronger as a whole

This is a required part of the Loot Council system. Each Raider is welcome to use the Guild's account for simming purposes.
DPS and Tanks:
Go to Raidbots > Droptimizer > load your simc string
Sources = select current raid
Raid Difficulty = Mythic
Items to Sim = '678 Myth 6/6', Upgrade All Equipped Gear to the Same Level, no socket
Simulation Options = Patchwerk, 1 Boss, 5 minutes, Nightly, Optimal Raid Buffs
Run sim
Copy the web address when complete and continue at Step 1 below.
Healers:
Go to QuestionablyEpic Live > Upgrade Finder > Import Gear
Raid Difficulty = Mythic (Max)
M+ and Crafted sections are optional

Or paste your Sim link in your personal channel.
Go to Wishlists > Personal
Enter your copied web address into the 'Edit wishlist' section
Hit 'Go'
All upgrades will be shown, you can view every upgrade submitted by going to Wishlists>Overview
