Rules & Guidelines

• Family-Friendly Standards

This is a family-friendly event. All products, signage, decor and conduct must be appropriate for all younger ages. Any vendor wanting to sell prohibited or age-inappropriate items will not be admitted to the event.

• Required Documents 

Only food vendors and food trucks must submit a copy of their Food Permit or Home Processor Registration Form, prior to the event. Failure to provide these documents will result in denial of participation. Please email them to: villagewfrecreation@gmail.com

• Arrival & Setup 

Vendor setup is from 9 – 11 AM only. The entry to the park closes at 11:40 am. Enter at Spring Street - the side of Grinnell Library (It's one way only). Vendors will be given a Spot Number for their setup area. 

To keep the flow of traffic moving smoothly, please drop off your items by your spot and continue to the parking area. Parking is located toward the exit of the park. All vendors must be fully set up by 12 PM. 

• Spot Dimensions 

Each standard space is 10×10 feet for all goods and food vendors. All tents and canopies must be properly weighted for safety. For food trucks, please enter the size of your truck on the registration form to review the location of your spot in the park. 

• Special Requests 

Electricity is available but is limited and first-come, first-served. Vendors requiring power must indicate this on the registration form and must bring their own extension cords. Each vendor must bring their own table, chairs and booth setup as nothing is provided. 

• Cleanliness 

Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean throughout the event. All trash must be properly disposed of. Please leave your space as you found it. 

• Breakdown 

Breakdown can begin at 2 PM, this is around the time the event slows down and the crowd dwindles. If vendors prefer to hold off a bit longer, that is preferable. Vehicles may be brought to vendor spots to pack, but remember it's a one-way exit.
