Meet in 80.8.10 for a briefing on Design Thinking
Use this image for an empathy mapping by going out and talking to some people in the street. The objective is for you to learn more Homelessness and hone in on problems and insights that will help you to build a solution. You might want to talk to some homeless people (please be discreet and sensitive) or the general public to see what they know (or dont know) or other target audiences that you think might be important.
Please take some photos to share with your team on slack as you will need these for your final video.
One person should interview whilst another takes notes and observes what the person did, felt, thought and said.
Try to interview at least 6 people and ensure you swap over the postions to give everyone a go
Use open ended questions (not yes/no) and ensure you have a set of questions already planned before you leave.
When you come back from your Empathy Walk you will go straight to your team room where you will spend the rest of the afternoon developing your problem definition and ideating. You must have completed your poster by the end of the day. You are free to have lunch as a time that your team members all decide on. You may eat in the room if you would prefer.
I will be remaining in the home room of 80.8.10 but will be visiting each room during the afternoon. If you have any urgent questions please text or call me on 0410309499
