Mongs AgTrade Services Ltd was founded with a vision to revolutionize the vanilla trade by bringing the finest, organically grown vanilla products from the fertile soils of Mandi Village to international markets. The company's co-founders, Joshua Marmber,Charles Wusongi,Jerry Wusongi,Japhet Wusongi,Joel Pilisau,Bernard Fai,Gilbert Pilisau,Nicodemas Mainga,Jack Mainga,Late Joseph Yamai,Antonia Kasmon,Ruth Pilisau,Albina Gamo,Jude Gamo,Ruben Kamena,Alphonse Samo,Camilus Bok, saw an opportunity to bridge the gap between local vanilla farmers and global demand while ensuring fair trade practices and sustainable farming methods.

Mongs AgTrades Services Ltd was founded by sixteen (16) visionary entrepreneurs, who shared a passion for sustainable agriculture and ethical trade. Growing up in farming communities, we witnessed firsthand the struggles of local farmers and the potential of organic farming to transform lives. Determined to create change, we combined our expertise in agribusiness and trade to establish Mongs AgTrades Services Ltd.

Starting with a small vanilla farm, we dedicated ourselves to learning and implementing the best organic farming practices. With limited resources but an unwavering belief in our mission, we worked tirelessly to ensure that our vanilla was grown sustainably and met the highest quality standards. Through partnerships with local farmers, we expanded our operations, providing training and fair trade opportunities to empower our community and other community as well.

Our perseverance paid off, and today, Mongs AgTrades Services Ltd is a leading exporter of premium organic vanilla in Wewak District, East Sepik Province of Papua New Guinea. By navigating complex international markets, we have positioned our company as a trusted supplier of ethically sourced vanilla to global buyers.
