In the heart of Wewak,East Sepik Province, Papua New Guinea,where fertile lands meet ancient traditions, Mongs AgTrade Services Ltd was born out of a passion for agriculture and community empowerment. Established in 2020, the company emerged with a vision to bridge the gap between smallholder farmers and the global marketplace, while promoting sustainable farming practices and preserving the rich agricultural heritage of the Papua New Guinea.

The company’s journey began with its co-founders, Wiarum Vanilla Farmers,visionary farmers with a deep connection to the land and its people. Inspired by the untapped potential of vanilla cultivation and its growing global demand, We recognized an opportunity to create a product that not only showcased the region's natural wealth but also uplifted the livelihoods of local farmers.

The name Wiarum Vanilla—derived from Mandi Village, a local dialect,of Mandi Village—embodies the essence of purity, authenticity, and pride in origin. From the beginning, the mission was clear: to produce premium-grade vanilla that meets the highest international standards while remaining rooted in ethical sourcing and sustainable farming.

Mongs AgTrade Services Ltd partnered with local farmers, offering training, resources, and a guaranteed market for their produce. By emphasizing organic and environmentally friendly practices, the company ensured that its vanilla not only stood out in quality but also in its commitment to preserving the delicate ecosystems of the region.
