Lucia Marone is a passionate musician with a wealth of experience and expertise in both music education and performance. Her dedication to teaching and her accomplishments as a harpist highlight her passion and talent in the field of music.

With 32 years of experience as a general music teacher in public education, Lucia has undoubtedly made a significant impact on the lives of her students. Her educational background, including a Bachelor's Degree in Music with certificates in Music Education, Performance, and Music Therapy from Immaculata University, as well as a master's degree in Educational Instruction and Curriculum from The University of Scranton, speaks to her commitment to excellence in teaching.

Additionally, Lucia's recognition as "Teacher of the Year" in Vineland and her receipt of a "State Employee Award" for her Music Therapy services further underscore her dedication and contributions to music education and therapy.

Her role as the director of Music Educational programming at M & M Music in Vineland, New Jersey, demonstrates her leadership and continued involvement in shaping music education initiatives.  As a retired public school music teacher, she continues to share her love of teaching with students and is on the faculty of Rowan University, supervising student teachers.  She is on the NJMEA "Accessible Music Education" Committee which provides support to classroom teachers on how to differentiate instruction. Lucia also provided workshops on differentiate instruction at NJMEA summer conventions as well as South New Jersey  school districts.  

Furthermore, Lucia's work as a freelance musician specializing in wedding music showcases her versatility and talent as a professional harpist. Her emphasis on professionalism, punctuality, and customer satisfaction has earned her a stellar reputation in the wedding music community, evident through the numerous referrals she receives from satisfied clients, wedding consultants, and caterers.
