The Two Travelers
Once, two travelers walked along a quiet forest path.
They were old friends — one named Lumen, who sought understanding,
and the other named Sol, who sought peace.
Sol: “Why do we keep asking these questions, Lumen? Don’t they only make life more complicated?”
Lumen: “No, my friend. They make life more real.
Each why is a lantern. It lights up a corner of our inner world that was once in shadow.”
Sol: “And when the shadows are gone?”
Lumen: “Then we see that light was always there — in the asking itself.”
As they walked, the forest around them became a mirror.
The rustle of the leaves, the rhythm of the wind, and the pulse of the earth
all whispered the same thing: everything is connected.
