Emotions

Emotions — “The Rainbow Inside”

Slogan: “Every feeling has a color and a message.”

Luna felt many things — happy, angry, shy, and sad — sometimes all in one day!
She asked her grandmother, “Why do I feel so many things?”
Her grandmother smiled, “Because your heart is a rainbow, and each color helps you understand who you are.”

Awareness Tools:

  • 🎨 Color your feelings: choose a color for happy, sad, scared, and calm.

  • 💭 Ask: “Why might I feel this way right now?”

  • 🕊 Practice breathing in and naming your feeling: “I feel ___, and that’s okay.”

💓 Emotions — “The Language of the Heart”

Characters: Mira and Saren

By the shore of a wide lake, Mira wept without knowing why.
Saren, a wanderer of silence, sat beside her.

Mira: “Why do I feel so deeply, even when there is no reason?”
Saren: “Because emotion is the soul’s way of speaking when words cannot.”
Mira: “Then how do I stop the ache?”
Saren: “You don’t. You listen to it, until it teaches you love without condition.”

Lesson:

To feel is not weakness — it is the heart remembering its language.
