Sober Grad Nite Contract

Please print, sign and bring with you January 31st along with $200 deposit to Campelli's Pizza Roseville 5pm - 8pm.  Still spots left.  Any after 210, will be placed on a waiting list. 

Student and/or Parent/Guardian must be in person to turn in completed registration form and deposit.  One registration per person, no saving spots in line.

Reminder to be respectful to Campelli Pizza's place of business and for them hosting our fundraiser.
